Figures, timelines and outcomes on this site are estimates based on the information stated and the date shown; the order form and the written terms of each engagement govern. Specimens shown are on fictional companies. Delivered documents are built on the details the Client shares and on standards and public figures cited in each file. Nothing here is legal, tax, valuation, audit or investment advice, and no document replaces a fiscal receipt, a valuation report or an assurance report.

Quotations, pro-forma and tax invoices

A tax invoice layout is not a fiscal receipt. A receipt from an approved fiscal device remains the issuer's own step, and the issuer confirms tax treatment with the tax authority or a tax adviser.

Letterheads and stakeholder letters

The letter states the Client's position and figures. It is not legal advice, and a letter to a regulator is checked by the Client's adviser before it is sent.

Email signatures

A confidentiality or disclaimer line is the Client's wording, confirmed by the Client's adviser where the sector requires it.

Policies, SOPs and controlled documents

General operating documents on a Tanzania Mainland basis. Not legal, tax or financial advice. A statutory rate, fee, threshold or form number that has not been read in a primary source stays a completion field.

Business plans and feasibility studies

A plan is the Client's case, tested. No claim is made that any bank or authority requires a plan, other than where a primary source says so. Not legal, tax, valuation or investment advice.

Market entry studies

A study states the evidence read on the date shown. It is not legal, tax or investment advice, and a licence position is confirmed with the issuing institution before filing.

Investor documents and proposals

Every statement about the Client is the Client's, supplied or documented. Nothing is stated as a result unless the Client can show it. Not legal, valuation or investment advice.

Financial reports and CFO packs

A CFO pack is an illustrative management estimate. It is not an audit, an assurance report or a valuation.

Books, handbooks and guides

A book states the author's case and the facts supplied and cited. It is not legal, tax, valuation, audit or investment advice. Quotations and cases are used only where the source permits.

Branding, sales copy, campaigns and advertisements

Media spend is paid separately on the Client's own account. A plan states the goal and the measure; it does not promise a result.
