Who sells

Nembo Creative Limited, trading as NEMBO, registered in Tanzania, with its registered office at Mwenge Tower, Sinza A, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Orders are placed with that company.

What is sold

Finished documents authored by Zatra Consultants Limited and produced by NEMBO from details the Client shares, and services (Motion, Build, Reach). No sample or template is sold. Each tier or service is described on its page, and the description on the page at the time of order governs.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in TZS and USD. The amount is fixed on the server when an order is created and is the amount charged. Payment is taken by Pesapal on its own page. NEMBO does not see or store card or wallet credentials.

Services start when fifty per cent of the fee has cleared and the brief is locked. The balance falls due on delivery.

Delivery

Short documents are delivered in minutes and standard documents in hours, from complete details. Research-based documents follow a date set with the quote. Creative work follows a customised plan. All follow the timeline confirmed by email once the Client's inputs are received. Services follow the specification on the service page.

Inputs from the Client

Custom work needs the Client's facts, figures and marks. The Client confirms that it may use everything it supplies. The studio is not responsible for facts the Client supplies.

Ownership

The Client owns its own marks and the content it supplies. For Build, the Client owns the domain, hosting account, analytics property and deployed code on final payment. The studio retains its own component library. Library files are licensed, not sold; see the licence.

Limits

Nothing sold is legal, tax, valuation, audit or investment advice. To the extent the law allows, the studio's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
