What finished means, in writing.
Disputes are almost never about quality. They are about whether the work is done. Every number below is on the order form, so the answer is agreed before the work starts.
Five numbers, all on the order form.
First response
Four working hours to any enquiry, during working hours.
Slip warning
Day two. A warned slip is a service level. An unwarned one is a failure.
Review window
Seven days from delivery on a first order, three thereafter.
Review turnaround
Two working days on a consolidated set of notes.
Escalation
Anything unresolved after one review round goes to the founder within one working day.
Six tests before anything leaves.
Every deliverable exists
In every format named on the order form.
Captions in both languages
Present, and checked by a second person.
Audio inside the spec
Measured at minus 14 LUFS integrated, not judged by ear.
No placeholder, watermark or unlicensed asset
Anywhere in the file.
Files named to the convention
Delivered on one link, not scattered.
For Build, the three performance gates
Measured and recorded before handover.
A review window on the first delivery, with a defined partial refund.
Notes come once, as one consolidated set per round. Silence is acceptance: no response inside the window closes the order, stated on the order form and never sprung afterwards. The studio does not promise a commercial result, because spend, offer and market are outside its control.
Ready when the brief is.
Replies are targeted within four working hours. The price is on this site; the only thing left to agree is the start date.
