What is collected

Order details (name, email, phone, country, company, the order and its payment status), lead details from forms (sample requests and the diagnostic), and, only after consent, anonymous visit measurements through Google Analytics.

Why

To take payment, deliver files and access, answer enquiries, send the free sample and the three messages that follow it, and keep accounting records.

Who else sees it

Pesapal, to take payment; the hosting provider; the email provider that sends receipts and files; and Google Analytics where consent was given. Card and wallet credentials go to Pesapal and never to this site.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax records require. Lead details are kept until the person asks for deletion or stops responding for a long period.

Rights

Anyone can ask for a copy of their data, a correction or a deletion by writing to marwa@nembo.co.tz.
