A first delivery has a seven-day review window with one consolidated set of notes. If the delivery is not accepted after that round, a defined partial refund applies. A change to the brief after approval is a new order. No response inside the review window closes the order.
Services
Fifty per cent starts the work and is not refundable once work has started. Seven days to review a first delivery, with a defined partial refund if it is not accepted.

Write to marwa@nembo.co.tz with the order reference. Refunds go back through Pesapal to the method used for payment.
