Worries and relief

The worry first, then the relief.

What the Client is worried about, and what the finished document carries to answer it.

Worry

The letter to the lender or regulator is long, general and never answered.

Relief

It opens with the exact worry the reader carries in that sector, not a general introduction.

Worry

No reader acts on a page that cannot be tested.

Relief

Four hard figures and a table that sets the standard the reader applies beside where the company stands, with the downside shown.

Worry

The next step is left open.

Relief

A dated plan, the cost of waiting in dollars and one precise instruction close the page.

Worry

The company letterhead looks improvised.

Relief

Seven header styles, six type pairs and a palette taken from the company's own mark, in Word and print-ready PDF.

Details in

What the Client shares.

Documents built from the Client's own details. The details arrive complete, a short document is delivered in minutes, and the written quote states the delivery time for the document ordered.

The Client shares
  • Company name, mark and brand colours
  • The reader: a regulator, bank, board or investor
  • The decision the letter must obtain
  • The four figures that carry the case
  • The date by which the next step must happen
What this is not
  • The letter states the Client's position and figures. It is not legal advice, and a letter to a regulator is checked by the Client's adviser before it is sent.

Questions

Questions about letterheads.

Is a letterhead template supplied?

No. The letterhead is drawn on the Client's mark and colours, and the letter is written on the Client's facts.

Can the letter be in Kiswahili?

Yes. English and Kiswahili are each written, neither translated from the other.

Who writes the figures?

The Client supplies them. Zatra Consultants checks that each figure is stated with its source or marked as the Client's own.
